AerometricX is a purpose-built pilot aptitude test. It measures the cognitive abilities and personality traits that safe, effective flying requires, giving recruiters an objective, comparable basis for selection. It's built for aviation rather than adapted from generic testing, and is aligned to support EASA CAT.GEN.MPA.175(b). Developed by the University of Cambridge Psychometrics Centre with AAP Aviation and SIAP, it brings established psychometric science to pilot recruitment.
