Purpose-built for pilot selection
The AeroMetrix Pilot Apritude test is a test battery developed by University of Cambridge Psychometric Center in close collaboration with Scandinavian Institute of Aviation Psychology (SIAP) and AAP Aviation, a global aviation management company with extensive global experience within pilot recruitment and selection.
The University of Cambridge Psychometrics Centre was commissioned by AAP Aviation to develop a bespoke suite of psychometric assessments designed to address specific needs within pilot recruitment and selection. The tests were developed to provide robust, scientifically grounded measurement of cognitive and personality characteristics relevant to pilot performance, while meeting the practical, professional, and regulatory requirements of commercial aviation selection.
